Size plant: 5-8 inch tall

Blueberries are handsome upright, dense shrubs with arching shoots and elliptical leaves that emerge bronze, mature to dark green, and change to yellow or red in autumn. Tiny, white, urn-shaped flowers are followed by edible, sweet blue-black berries in mid- to late-spring. Shrubs can be used for hedges or borders. ‘Sunshine Blue’ is a mid-season fruiting Southern highbush variety that requires 150 chill hours. This semi-dwarf, evergreen bush tolerates more soil alkalinity than most other blueberries.
